Mondelēz Europe’s VP of marketing and Clarity Global Group founder to speak at Mumbrella360

Mondelēz Europe’s VP marketing, Ben Wicks, will fly in from Switzerland for Mumbrella360, while Clarity Global Group founder, Sami McCabe, will fly in from the US to join Sefiani founder, Robyn Sefiani on stage.

Wicks will deliver a talk on the reinvigoration of the Cadbury brand.

In 2017, Cadbury was stagnant. With low growth globally, declining penetration and brand health and an over reliance on innovation and traditional communications, the brand was in need of energising.

As former global director of Cadbury, Wicks will share with delegates how reconnecting the brand with its authentic and purposeful roots, focusing on the core product, and bringing this purpose to life with the ‘There’s a Glass & A Half in Everyone’ campaign has reinvigorated the brand, including a tripling of annual growth, adding over $1 billion to the value of the brand.

Also joining us at Mumbrella360 are Clarity Global Group’s founder Sami McCabe, and Sefiani Communications Group founder, Robyn Sefiani.

Sefiani was recently acquired by Clarity Global Group, which marked a significant shift for the agency. The acquisition will allow it to tap into a global communications and digital marketing group to expand its service offerings.

In a session titled ‘Finding clarity in the future: The acquisition of Sefiani’, San Francisco-based McCabe will join Sefiani in a fireside chat with Mumbrella editorial director Damian Francis to share the reasoning behind the sale and why now was the right time.

They will talk delegates through how Sefiani’s integration into Clarity Global Group is progressing and why it was important to maintain the Sefiani name in market.
